Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians. You will work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.

The role emphasizes compassionate, patient collaboration with a support team. We provide comprehensive training; no prior experience required.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age or older.
• Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid Certification and TB test (if not done in the last year).
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to move in various positions (sit, squat, bend, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Assist with reducing interfering behaviors and track progress.
