Job summary

Centria Healthcare seeks enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one‑on‑one with children with autism, implementing individualized behavior plans under the supervision of a BCBA. You will apply evidence‑based methods to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

We provide comprehensive training; candidates must be able to stand, walk, sit, lift up to 50 pounds, and pass a background check.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain a CPR, First Aid Certification and Tuberculosis test (if you haven’t had one in the last year)
• Ability to pass a pre employment background check
• Ability to move in various positions (sit, squat, bend, etc.)
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Registered Behavior Technician Certification required within 45 days of completing onboarding requirements
