Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children on the autism spectrum, implementing individualized plans under BCBA supervision. You will use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills, while reducing interfering behaviors.

Patience, compassion, and teamwork are essential as comprehensive training is provided. The role involves physical activity and lifting up to 50 pounds as needed to support clients safely.

Formación

• Patient and compassionate with children on the autism spectrum.
• Able to work well in a team environment.
• Willing to obtain CPR, First Aid, and TB test if not current.

Responsabilidades

• Work one-on-one with children implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques.
• Support children in reducing interfering behaviors during sessions.
