Centria Autism is hiring Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement individualized plans and use evidence-based techniques to support communication, social, and daily living skills.

Requirements include being 18+, high school diploma or GED, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid and TB tests. Training is provided to new team members.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid Certification and Tuberculosis test.
• Ability to pass a pre employment background check.
• Ability to move in various positions (sit, squat, bend, etc.).
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Candidates must obtain a Registered Behavior Technician Certification after onboarding.

Responsabilités

• Work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Reduce interfering behaviors and promote positive outcomes for children with autism.
