Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to join our team. You will work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

You will use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors. We are looking for candidates who are passionate about helping children with autism reach their full potential.

Qualifications

• Patience and compassion when working with children with autism.
• Team player with ability to collaborate with BCBA and staff.
• 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification and TB test when required.
• Pre-employment background check required.
• Ability to move and lift up to 50 pounds.
