Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians. You will work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under a BCBA's guidance.

You’ll use evidence-based methods to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while ensuring safety and positive outcomes. The role offers comprehensive training, a chance to grow in a structured ABA career path, and meaningful impact on children and families.

Qualifications

• Must have passion for helping children with autism.
• 18+ years of age.
• Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certification and a Tuberculosis test.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to move in various positions (sit, stand, bend, lift up to 50 pounds).
• Must obtain Registered Behavior Technician Certification after onboarding.
