Centria Autism seeks enthusiastic individuals to join as Behavior Technicians. You will work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification and TB test.

Responsabilidades

• Work one-on-one with children, implementing behavior intervention plans under a BCBA-guided framework.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques.
• Help reduce interfering behaviors while maintaining a safe and supportive environment.
