Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to join our team. You will work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA.

You will teach communication, social and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques, reduce interfering behaviors, and help each child reach their potential in a supportive, team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid Certification and TB test.

Responsabilités

• Work one-on-one with children to implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques.
• Reduce interfering behaviors.
• Must be able to move in various positions and assist children who weigh up to 50 pounds.
