Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to join our team. You will work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior plans under a BCBA and using evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.

No prior experience required; we provide comprehensive training. You must be patient and able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, walk, sit, and move in various positions, contributing to meaningful outcomes for children and families.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism and dedicated to teamwork.
• Must be 18+ years old and have a high school diploma or GED.
• CPR/First Aid certification and TB test (within last year) preferred.
• Able to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Must obtain RBT certification after onboarding.
• Able to stand, walk, sit, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
