Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism. You will implement individualized intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA, teaching communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques.

We provide comprehensive training and a supportive team environment. Pay ranges from $19 to $24 per hour, with opportunities for growth in a dedicated behavior analysis program.

Qualifications

• Patience, compassion, and teamwork required.
• 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid Certification and TB test.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to move in various positions (sit, squat, bend, etc.).
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children implementing behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social and daily living skills.
• Support children to reach their full potential in a team environment.
