Qualifications

• Must be passionate about helping children with autism.
• Good patience, compassion, and ability to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age; high school diploma or GED; CPR/First Aid and TB test required.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children with autism under BCBA guidance to implement behavior plans.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques.
• Support family by providing positive, structured interventions and progress updates.
