Centria Autism in Ellenwood, GA is hiring Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children and implement individualized intervention plans under a BCBA's guidance. You will use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors.

We provide comprehensive training; no prior experience is required. The role requires patience and teamwork, plus the ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds. Pay rate is $19-$25 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certification.
• Tuberculosis test within the last year or as required.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Able to move in various positions (sit, stand, bend) and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children under the guidance of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
