Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician in College Park, GA. You will work one-on-one with children, implementing intervention plans under a BCBA, teaching communication, social, and daily living skills. Training is provided, and no prior experience is required.

The role requires physical activity, including standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and moving in various positions. Pay ranges from $19 to $25 per hour, with opportunities to grow within the organization.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to obtain a CPR, First Aid Certification and Tuberculosis test (if you haven’t had one in the last year)
• Ability to pass a pre employment background check
• Ability to move in various positions (sit, squat, bend, etc.)
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
