CENTRIA AUTISM is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to support children with autism through individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA. You will work one-on-one to teach communication, social and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques while promoting a positive, safe environment.

Qualifications

• Passion for helping children with autism.
• 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid Certification and TB test if not up to date.
• Ability to pass pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance.
• Teach communication, social and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques.
• Help reduce interfering behaviors and support each child’s progress.
