Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians in Oregon to work one-on-one with children with autism under the guidance of a BCBA. You will implement individualized intervention plans and help teach communication, social, and daily living skills.

No prior experience required; comprehensive training is provided. Candidates must be patient and team‑oriented, able to lift up to 50 pounds, and willing to obtain CPR/First Aid certification and TB testing. Pay range: $19-$24 per hour.

Qualifications

• Patience and compassion in working with children with autism.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR/First Aid certification and TB test required or able to obtain.
• Background check clearance required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
