Job summary

Centria Autism in Oregon is seeking Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA. You will use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviours, with comprehensive training provided.

Pay range: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour. Candidates should be patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team; a high school diploma or GED is

Qualifications

• Patience, compassion, and ability to work in a team.
• High school diploma or GED.
• CPR and First Aid certifications and TB test as required.
• Background check eligibility.
• Ability to move and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children under BCBA guidance.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based methods.
