Centria Autism in Oregon is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under a BCBA's guidance. You will use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors.

No prior experience required—comprehensive training is provided. You should be patient, compassionate, and able to move and lift up to 50 pounds.

Competenze

• Patience and compassion to work with children with autism.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certification and TB test.
• Background check clearance.
• Ability to move in various positions including lifting up to 50 pounds.
