Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to join our Lebanon, Oregon team. You will work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.

We provide comprehensive training and a structured career path, with opportunities to grow in a supportive team. You may lift up to 50 pounds and contribute to meaningful outcomes for children and their families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 18+ years of age.
• CPR and First Aid certification and tuberculosis test if not current in the last year.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Must obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification after onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children under the guidance of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Reduce interfering behaviors and promote safety.
