Job summary

Centria Autism is hiring Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing individualized intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA. You will use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• CPR and First Aid certifications are required or obtainable.
• Background check is required.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• RBTC certification after onboarding is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one behavioral intervention under a BCBA guidance.
• Implement individualized intervention plans.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques.
• Create a supportive, patient, and team-focused environment.
