Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians to support children with autism. You will work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA.

This role emphasizes empathy, teamwork, and hands-on learning; no prior experience is required as we provide comprehensive training. Pay ranges from $17 to $20 per hour with opportunities to grow within Centria Autism.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Able to obtain CPR, First Aid Certification and TB test.
• Able to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Able to move in varied positions and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children, implementing behavior plans under BCBA guidance.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques.
• Collaborate with team to support each child's goals.
• Provide hands-on support and maintain safety during activities.
