Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children under BCBA supervision. You will implement individualized plans to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

Comprehensive training is provided, and you’ll join a compassionate team dedicated to helping children reach their full potential. The role involves physical activity and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and team-oriented.
• 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid Certification and Tuberculosis test.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to move and lift up to 50 pounds.
