Job summary

Pivotal Parenting Support is seeking a Behavior Technician to deliver Applied Behavior Analysis services to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder. You will provide direct one-on-one therapy under a BCBA, collect data, and help implement individualized treatment plans in home, school, and community settings.

This part-time role offers hands-on training, BCBA supervision, and opportunities for professional development within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred.
• Previous experience with autism or developmental disabilities is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to follow instructions and implement behavior plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to individuals with autism under BCBA supervision.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition plans.
• Collect and record data on client progress using our online platform.

Job Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
• Assist with the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to ensure consistency in treatment approach
• Potential for full-time hours

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred
• Previous experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to follow instructions and implement behavior plans effectively
