Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children. You will implement individualized behavior intervention plans under a BCBA, using evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.

This role requires patience and teamwork. You must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds. We provide comprehensive training; a high school diploma is required, and certification steps follow onboarding.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid and TB test
• Able to pass a pre-employment background check
• Able to move in various positions and lift up to 50 pounds
• Registered Behavior Technician certification after onboarding

Responsibilities
