Centria Healthcare invites enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians, working one-on-one with children with autism under a BCBA. You will implement behavior plans, teach essential skills, and reduce interfering behaviors in a supportive, team-driven setting.

Details include training provided, a pay range of $17-$20 per hour, and a commitment to a safe, inclusive workplace. This role demands physical stamina and a passion for helping children reach their potential.

Formación

• Patience and compassion to support children with autism.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR and First Aid certification and TB test may be required.
• Must pass pre-employment background check.
• Ability to stand, move, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Provide one-on-one behavioral intervention to children under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized behavior plans using evidence-based techniques.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills; reduce interfering behaviors.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and participate in required training.
• Contribute to a positive, supportive environment for children and families.
