Job summary

Centria Healthcare seeks enthusiastic individuals to join as Behavior Technicians. You will work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing individualized behavior plans under a BCBA, to teach communication, social, and daily living skills. You will help reduce interfering behaviors and track progress in a supportive team setting.

Pay range is $19–$24 per hour. Benefits include a structured career path, retail partner discounts, Employee Assistance Plan, and early wage access.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to obtain a CPR, First Aid Certification and Tuberculosis test (if you haven't had one in the last year)
• Ability to pass a pre employment background check
• Ability to move in various positions (sit, squat, bend, etc.)
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques.
• Work to reduce interfering behaviors and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with a BCBA and team to customize plans for each child.
