Child Builders ABA is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to join our team for home-based ABA services. The role focuses on implementing behavior plans and supporting individuals with autism, with reliable transportation required.

You will collect data, help develop care plans and goals, provide behavioral therapy, assist with ADLs, and maintain accurate medical documentation. This part-time position offers flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in special education or behavioral health is preferred.
• Familiarity with medical documentation and medical records.
• Knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques.
• Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder.
• Ability to follow care plans and behavioral intervention strategies.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans as directed by the supervisor.
• Collect data on individual behaviors during sessions.
• Assist in the development of care plans and goals.
• Provide behavioral therapy to individuals with autism.
• Help individuals with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical documentation and records.
