Behavioral Health Works is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to deliver in-home and community-based ABA therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. You will track progress, document data, and collaborate with families to reinforce skill development.

The role requires energy, patience, and the ability to engage active kiddos, with part-time hours and a flexible afternoon schedule to support client sessions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 60 college credits completed or 6 months of relevant experience or an active RBT certification.
• Ability to provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy under supervision.
• Comfortable documenting data and progress using electronic devices.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy to children with ASD.
• Track client progress during sessions and adjust strategies as needed.
• Communicate clearly with families and the team about goals and progress.
• Follow behavior support plans and ensure client safety during sessions.
