Qualifications

• 60 College Credits completed or 6 months of relevant work with children with developmental disabilities or an active RBT certification.
• Must have availability at least 3 days per week for 10+ hours and after 3 PM.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client sessions.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy to children.
• Track client progress during sessions and maintain accurate data.
• Engage with families and communicate clearly about goals and outcomes.
• Assist with handling equipment and ensuring client safety during sessions.
