Job summary

Behavioral Health Works in Costa Mesa, CA is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician/RBT to deliver in-home and community-based ABA therapy for children and teens with ASD. You will track progress, communicate with families, and support skill development in daily activities.

You’ll work with a team of BCBAs and supervisors, enjoy flexible hours (10–15 hours/week after 3 PM), and benefit from a collaborative, growth-oriented environment with travel reimbursement and tuition reduction

Qualifications

• Minimum of 60 College Credits completed OR 6-months of recent work experience with children with developmental disabilities OR an active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification
• Minimum availability of 3 days per week for at least 10 hours per week, with after 3 PM availability
• Reliable transportation and comfortable driving to client sessions
• Access and ability to use a smartphone or similar device with internet to capture client session data

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home & community-based ABA therapy
• Track client progress during sessions
• Assist with data collection and recording outcomes
• Engage energetic with active kiddos and maintain safety during therapy sessions
