Job summary

United Care Applied Behavioral Analysis PLLC is seeking Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism in structured settings. Flexible part-time hours with more in the summer help you build real clinical experience in ABA-based skills.

You will receive ongoing supervision from a BCBA, learn behavior science, and gain practical experience in communication, social skills, and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children (any setting counts)
• Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with kids
• Reliability and follow-through
• Willingness to learn, take feedback, and grow

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with a child with autism in home or community settings
• Receive ongoing supervision and mentorship from a BCBA
• Learn ABA concepts and apply behavior analysis to support communication and social skills
• Track progress and maintain data on behaviors
• Help build independent living and daily living skills
