Job summary

ABA Support Services in Williamsport, PA is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician/Direct Therapist to organize data systems, assist with assessments, and support program implementation for children with developmental disabilities.

This role requires prior experience with autism, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. A valid driver’s license and transport may be required for travel between sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 60 college credits, Bachelor’s or Master’s in related field is highly desirable.
• Experience with autism/behavioral programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect and record data based on observable client behavior.
• Assist lead therapist in maintaining up-to-date graphs and data summaries.
• Write progress notes and program updates; prepare session materials.
• Support implementation of baseline, treatment, parent training, and generalization sessions.
• Assist with session setup and cleanup and staff/parent training.
• Provide direct client care following prescribed protocols; may be one-on-one or group.
• Shadow or co-treat for 2–4 hours per week; report concerns to the lead therapist.
