Job summary

Centriaautism is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians in Albuquerque, NM. You will work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This rewarding role allows you to significantly impact the lives of children with autism.

We seek candidates who are passionate, patient, and willing to undergo training. The position requires physical activity, including the ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years of age.
• Ability to pass a preemployment background check.
• Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid Certification.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Use evidence-based techniques to reduce interfering behaviors.
