Centria Healthcare is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to support children with autism, providing one-on-one intervention under the guidance of a BCBA. Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age required. High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children to implement individualized behavior plans under BCBA supervision.
• Utilize evidence-based teaching strategies to develop communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Assist in managing and supporting children in various activities; ensure safety and positive outcomes.
