• Ability to apply behavior intervention techniques and crisis management.

Responsibilities

• Implement learning programs (communication, self-help, and play skills) as written by the BCBA.
• Implement positive behavior intervention plans for students with challenging behaviors.
• Gather behavioral data to track progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Respond to problem behaviors per the behavior plan and district policy.
• Assist with district procedures and support student transitions across campus.
• Maintain a safe learning environment and support meetings to improve skills.
