Job summary

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health is seeking a Behavior Support Specialist to conduct FBAs and develop PBSPs for adults in Montgomery, Chester, and Delaware counties. The role is an Independent Contractor (1099) with flexible hours and hourly pay between $35.00 and $45.00.

Requirements include a Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Education, or Applied Behavior Analysis, plus at least one year of FBA/PBSP experience and ABA expertise. A license and vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Education, or Applied Behavior Analysis.
• At least 1 year experience developing and implementing FBA’s and PBSP’s.
• Applied Behavioral Analysis experience required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs).
• Develop and implement Positive Behavior Support Plans (PBSPs).
• Provide ongoing assessment, program design and monitoring of interventions/data collection, including direct therapy.
