Job summary

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health is seeking a Behavior Support Specialist to support adults with autism and developmental disabilities in community settings. The role emphasizes Functional Behavioral Assessments, Positive Behavior Support Plans, and direct therapy, with collaboration among families and community supports.

The position is an Independent Contractor (1099). Requires a Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Education, or ABA, and licensed behavior specialist or BCBA

Qualifications

• Master's degree in SW/psychology/education or ABA.
• At least 1 year experience developing and implementing FBAs and PBSPs.
• Applied Behavior Analysis experience required.
• Licensed Behavior Specialist or BCBA preferred; license and vehicle required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments.
• Develop and implement Positive Behavior Support Plans with team and families.
• Provide ongoing assessment, program design and monitoring of interventions and data collection.
