Job summary

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health seeks Community Support Professionals to deliver 1099 contracted, community-based support to adults with autism in Montgomery, Chester, and Delaware counties. Flexible 4-hour shifts with 10–40 billable hours weekly, hourly pay of $18.00–$20.00, and quarterly bonuses up to $250.

Responsibilities include developing skills for independence, social engagement, and work readiness; complete progress notes and collaborate with specialists as needed.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of experience working directly with individuals with autism.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required, experience with developmental disabilities is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide community-based support and skill development to young adults with autism.
• Support participants in communication, social skills, self-care, work readiness, and community-based employment.
• Document progress notes and collect data for each participant.
