Qualifications

• Must hold or be eligible for a Texas teaching certificate with SPED certification.
• Experience with students who have Autism and behavior supports is preferred.
• Knowledge of TEKS, ARD/IEP processes, and inclusion practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site professional development and coaching to teachers.
• Collaborate with staff to implement evidence-based autism/behavior strategies.
• Coordinate programmatic support and training for special education staff.
• Model effective instructional practices and interventions.
• Assist with IEP planning, data collection, and progress monitoring.
• Support school principals, diagnosticians, OT/PT/SLP, and counselors.
