Job summary

Behavioral Health Works in Costa Mesa, CA is seeking a motivated Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver in-home and community ABA therapy, track client progress, and engage with families to build skills.

Candidates must have 60 college credits, or 6 months of relevant experience, or an active RBT certification; be available at least 3 days/week, after 3 PM; have reliable transportation and a smartphone for data capture. Part-time 10–15 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• 60 college credits completed or 6 months of relevant experience or active RBT certification.
• Avail 3 days per week for at least 10 hours per week, after 3 PM.
• Reliable transportation to client sessions.
• Access and use of smartphone for data capture.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home & community ABA therapy.
