Job summary

Behavioral Health Works in California is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver in-home and community-based ABA therapy to children and adolescents with ASD. You’ll track progress, reinforce communication and social skills, and partner with families and BCBAs for effective outcomes.

Ideal candidates are energetic, reliable, and comfortable driving between client locations. A minimum of 60 college credits, an RBT certification or related experience is required.

Qualifications

• Provide in-home & community-based ABA therapy with clients.
• Track client progress during sessions and document outcomes.
• Strong communication skills with families and team.
• Energetic, patient, and able to engage active children.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in home and community settings.
• Implement behavior support plans and monitor safety.
• Complete session data using electronic devices.
• Transport between client locations as needed.

Education

60 College Credits completed

Active RBT Certification

6 months of experience with children with developmental disabilities
