Job summary

Behavioral Health Works is seeking Behavior Technicians/RBTs to deliver in-home and community-based ABA therapy for children and adolescents with ASD. You’ll work with families, track progress, and help teach communication, social, play, and daily living skills in a supportive, growth-focused team.

Ideal candidates bring 60 college credits or relevant experience, plus an RBT certification or related credentials. Part-time schedules and opportunities for growth are available.

Qualifications

• Provide in-home & community-based ABA therapy.
• Track client progress during sessions.
• Must meet minimum availability of 3 days per week for at least 10 hours.
• Must have reliable transportation to client sessions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in-home and in community settings.
• Document session data and client progress clearly.
• Engage with children with energy, enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Travel between client locations as needed.
