Job summary

Behavioral Health Works is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home and community ABA therapy for children and adolescents with ASD in California. You will track progress, collaborate with families, and support skill development in a flexible, growth-oriented team.

Minimum 60 college credits or 6 months of relevant experience or an active RBT certification are required, with at least 3 days per week and 10 hours minimum, after 3 PM.

Qualifications

• Provide in-home & community-based ABA therapy.
• Track client progress during sessions.
• Must meet a minimum availability of 3 days per week for at least 10 hours per week, with availability after 3 PM.
• You’ll need reliable transportation & a smartphone with internet to capture session data.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy to children in home and community settings.
• Monitor and document client progress during sessions.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team to support skill development.
