Job summary

Behavioral Health Works seeks a dedicated Behavior Technician/RBT to provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy to children and adolescents with ASD. You will track progress, communicate clearly with families, and stay engaged during sessions while following behavior support plans.

Ideal candidates have 60 college credits (or relevant experience) or an active RBT certification, reliable transportation, and the ability to work 10–15 hours weekly with after-hours availability.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 60 college credits completed or 6 months of experience with children with developmental disabilities, or an active RBT certification.
• Availability of at least 3 days per week for 10 hours, after 3 PM.
• Reliable transportation to client sessions.
• Smartphone or device to capture session data.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy to clients.
• Track client progress during sessions and document data.
• Maintain strong communication with families and team.
• Adhere to behavior support plans and ensure client safety.
