Job summary

Beacon ABA Services in Massachusetts is seeking compassionate clinicians to deliver evidence‑based ABA therapy to children with autism in home and community settings. This field‑based role offers full‑time and part‑time opportunities and a chance to partner with families and Early Intervention teams to build lasting skills.

Starting wages are $23.00–$27.00 per hour based on education and experience, with a full‑time new‑hire incentive of up to $2,500.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; required for immediate promotional consideration.
• Associate’s Degree with 300+ hours of experience with children accepted.
• High School Diploma may be considered with 600+ hours of relevant experience (additional availability requirements apply).

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment plans to support children’s communication, social, and adaptive skills.
• Deliver fun, engaging, play-based therapy sessions in clients’ homes and community settings.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and Early Intervention professionals to reinforce skills and ensure consistency between sessions.
• Collect and analyze data on client progress and adjust strategies in partnership with supervising BCBAs.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development throughout your career at Beacon.
