Job summary

ABA Insight, LLC seeks Behavior Technicians in the Monroe area to deliver center-based and in-home ABA therapy to children with autism. The role involves implementing ABA-based interventions, data collection, and collaboration with a supervising BCBA. Training will be provided for those new to ABA.

Pay ranges from $19 to $22 per hour, with Mon-Fri, 8-4 shifts and a minimum of 10 hours availability, including two evenings. Travel within a 30-mile radius may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism in home, school, and center settings.
• Follow treatment plans developed by supervising BCBA and communicate progress.
• Maintain data collection, therapy documentation, and professional conduct.
• Support client daily needs and maintain a safe, organized therapy environment.
