Job summary

ABA Insight is seeking Behavior Technicians in Monroe, MI to provide center-based and in-home ABA services for children with autism. You will support functional skills and reduce challenging behaviors under a licensed BCBA's supervision.

Familiarize with data collection, treatment plans, and daily therapy routines while maintaining a safe, organized environment. We offer training and growth opportunities, and a flexible schedule within a Mon-Fri 8–4 window.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Ability to pass background checks and trainings.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to drive within 30-mile radius as needed.

Responsibilities

• Follows treatment plan by supervising BCBA and collaborates with the treatment team.
• Prompts safe and socially appropriate behaviors to build communication and problem solving.
• Adheres to data collection, therapy documentation, and professional conduct.
• Performs tasks within BT role boundaries when providing treatment.
• Communicates client progress with supervising BCBA and treatment team.
• Maintains a clean, safe, organized therapy environment.
• Facilitates client daily needs including feeding, toileting, dressing.
• Maintains hygiene and organized therapy spaces; follows trainings.
• Follows ethics per BACB and adheres to HIPAA.
