Job summary

Easterseals Southern California is seeking a program supervisor to support children with Autism Spectrum Disorder under supervision by a BCBA. The role focuses on program management, intervention, assessments, progress notes, and developing individualized plans.

Candidates should hold a Master’s degree in a related field, maintain CPR certification, and have at least two years of ASD experience. Strong knowledge of ABA, data collection, and family education is required, with travel up to 30%

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in early childhood education/development, special education, or psychology.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum 2 years professional experience with ASD.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Behavior Interventionists and maintain program records.
• Lead monthly progress updates for each family served.
• Deliver intervention activities and parent education per treatment plan.
• Complete evaluations, treatment notes, progress reports and exit summaries.
• Stay current on autism/ABA research and best practices.
• Communicate with families and case supervisor.
