Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• BCBA certification with at least 2 years in BCBA status.
• Current CPR certification.
• Crisis Management Training required (intermediate and advanced).

Responsibilities

• Provides supervision and direction to staff within ABA programs.
• Oversees assessments, data collection, and treatment for severe behaviors.
• Leads trainings and develops protocols for assessments.
• Manages performance and onboarding for program staff.
• Collaborates with recruitment and regional teams for new hires.
• Maintains liaison with families, schools, and community providers.
• Supports supervision hours for BCBA practicum students.
• Attends conferences to stay current on autism and ABA.
• Travels locally up to 50% and adheres to safety standards.
