Job summary

Behavioral Health Works, Inc. seeks a dedicated Behavior Technician/RBT to deliver in-home and community ABA therapy for children with ASD, helping them build communication, social, and daily living skills.

You will track client progress, maintain session data, and collaborate with BCBAs and families to celebrate wins and tailor supports; part-time hours with after-school availability and local travel in Menifee.

Qualifications

• Must have 60 college credits OR 6 months of relevant experience OR an active RBT certification.
• Ability to track client progress and document sessions.
• Must have reliable transportation to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home & community-based ABA therapy.
• Track client progress during sessions and document data.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and families to support skill development.
