Job summary

Behavioral Health Works in California seeks a Behavior Technician/RBT to deliver in-home and community ABA therapy, support families, and track progress with families. You’ll work with children and adolescents, maintain safety, and collaborate with a team of BCBAs and supervisors.

Ideal candidates have at least 60 college credits or an active RBT, be available 3 days a week for 10 hours, have reliable transportation, and a passion for making a difference.

Qualifications

• Provide in-home & community-based ABA therapy.
• Track client progress during sessions.
• Strong communication skills.
• Fun, energetic, and able to keep up with active kiddos.

Responsibilities

• Stay active during therapy sessions (floor, kneeling, bending, crouching, standing).
• Implement behavior support plans and ensure client safety by responding calmly to challenging behaviors.
• Travel reliably between assigned client locations.
